1. Terms

By running Inside, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this App.

2. Usage License

1. Permission is granted to a run the unmodified version of Inside, for organization who bought the license or downloaded the free App only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the app;
   2. use the materials (other than your proprietary corporate visitor data) on or web assets or App for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non- commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software written by daVinci;
   4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
   5. use the data saved in Inside for any purpose other than stated in this agreement.
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by daVinci at any time. “Upon terminating your viewing of these materials, should you not agree to the conditions of the license, or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded software.

3. Disclaimer

The software written daVinci's is provided "as is". daVinci makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non- infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, daVinci does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site and Apps or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. The corporate information contained in the Inside App should not be used to make legal, security or personnel decisions. Any information represented in Inside is not any claim of accuracy, timeliness or completeness.

4. Limitations

In no event shall daVinci or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, personal injury, financial or opportunity loss) arising out of the use or inability to use Inside, even if daVinci or a daVinci authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on daVinci's web site or in the Inside App could include technical, typographical, pass through from other data sources, or photographic errors. daVinci does not warrant that any of the materials or data displayed in Inside as accurate, complete, or current. daVinci may make changes to the materials contained on its web site, Inside App, or associated features at any time without notice. daVinci does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Visitor Information

daVinci does not review the information entered by visitors, configurations, pictures or other materials that are configurable in the App and is not responsible for the contents of any such visitor information. The reporting of any visitor information is to be used the user's own risk does not constitute any warranty or availability.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

daVinci may revise these terms of use for Inside and associated systems at any time without notice. By using this App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to daVinci's web site assets or Apps shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
